This project began months in advance when the East Coast-based team at CMC Microsystems sought a reliable local partner to manage their documentation on the ground in British Columbia. "Accelerated 2025" was an intimate, high-stakes gathering held over three days at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre.
With a curated guest list of elite decision-makers, policymakers, and academics, the event focused on the future of Canada’s semiconductor ecosystem. This wasn't a standard trade show; it was a concentrated summit where every attendee was a key player. The challenge was to respect the exclusivity of the room while capturing the intensity of the discussions.
My role was to maintain visual energy across a marathon three-day schedule dominated by panel discussions. To prevent the gallery from feeling repetitive, I focused entirely on the nuance of the interactions. I looked for the "lean-in" moments: the engaged expressions of VIPs in the front row, the dynamic gestures of panelists, and the genuine connections happening during the breaks. The goal was to show that while the guest count was exclusive, the caliber of the conversation was massive.
The final image set provided the client with a sophisticated library that proves the success of their West Coast activation. By delivering a diverse mix of formal stage shots and candid networking moments, I gave Fabric a polished set of assets that validates the event's impact.
