We cover a wide range of corporate events across the Lower Mainland. We specialize in documenting:

Conferences & Large-Scale Summits: Multi-day international conferences, keynote presentations, breakout sessions, plenary meetings, and panel discussions.
Marketing & Brand Activations: Experiential marketing events, flagship product launches, PR stunts, and immersive brand activations designed for high-impact social sharing.
Corporate Celebrations & Recognition: Annual award galas, black-tie ceremonies, milestone anniversary celebrations, retirement parties, and upscale holiday parties.
Educational & Internal Events: Professional development workshops, training seminars, educational symposiums, and company-wide town halls or AGMs.
Networking & Hospitality: High-level networking mixers, VIP cocktail receptions, corporate dinners, and charity fundraisers.
Trade Shows & Exhibitions: Documentation of trade show booths, floor activity, and interactive exhibitor displays at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Corporate Identity & PR: On-site executive headshots, environmental portraits for annual reports, and editorial imagery for industry publications.

Question 2

What areas of Greater Vancouver do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve all of Greater Vancouver, including Downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, and Delta. Most events within the Metro Vancouver core are covered at no extra travel cost, with a travel fee added for locations further out.

Question 3

Which Vancouver event venues are you experienced with?

Accepted Answer

With over 15 years of experience in the Vancouver market, we've documented major conferences and corporate events at nearly every venue in Greater Vancouver, with a particular focus on downtown. We are very familiar with the lighting, logistics, and technical requirements of the Vancouver Convention Centre (VCC), the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver, the Hyatt Regency, the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, all three Fairmont Hotels, and more.

What is our typical delivery and turnaround process?

Accepted Answer

We provide a 3 to 5-day standard turnaround for full event galleries depending on the scale of the event. For organizations requiring immediate social media or PR coverage, we offer Same-Day or Next-Day Highlights, ensuring our clients have professional assets to share while the event is still in the spotlight. All images and videos are delivered via a secure, digital gallery with perpetual marketing rights.

Question 5

Beyond event photography, what range of media services do you provide?

Accepted Answer

While event photography is our core focus, we operate as a full media partner to simplify logistics for event planners and marketing teams. Our core service suite includes:

Corporate Headshots for Teams & Events: We provide scalable on-site stations for entire teams or conference delegates, ensuring consistent, premium portraits for large groups with minimal disruption to the event schedule.
Event Videography: We offer cinematic highlight reels, full keynote recordings, and short-form social media content tailored for post-event marketing.
Other Event Solutions: Through our trusted partner network, we facilitate integrated services such as professional photo booth rentals, instant on-site printing, and live social media feed integration.

By acting as one point of contact, we make sure your organization's visual identity stays consistent across every photo, video, and interactive activation throughout your event.
