Yes. We carry $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and are in good standing with WCB (Workers' Compensation Board of BC). If your specific venue or organization requires a higher level of coverage, we can increase this amount to meet your needs.

We are based in Vancouver and serve the entire Lower Mainland. Travel is included for all events within a 30km radius of the Metro Vancouver core, which typically covers Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

• For locations between 30km – 60km—such as Surrey, Coquitlam, Delta, and Langley—a flat travel fee of $75 applies. For distances beyond 60km, like Abbotsford, or travel during peak rush-hour traffic, we provide custom quotes to ensure our team arrives early and ready to shoot.

All bookings include a perpetual, royalty-free standard marketing license. This covers 99% of most corporate needs, including unlimited use for your website, social media, PR, editorial, internal reports, and general marketing.

Note on Advertising: If you plan to use the images for high-spend paid ad campaigns or Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising (like billboards or transit ads), an extended license is available for purchase.
