What is the turnaround time for our photos and highlight film?
Your full event gallery and highlight film arrive together within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the scope of your project.
Can you provide both horizontal and vertical (Social) video formats?
Yes. A 1-2 minute highlight film for your website does a different job than a reel designed for Instagram or LinkedIn, so we edit for both. You get 16:9 landscape for your website and 9:16 vertical cuts for social.
Do your videos include revisions?
Two rounds of revisions are included. For each round, send us one combined list of changes from your whole team. If you need more rounds after that, they’re $100 each.
Is it possible to get a Same-Day or Next-Day highlight reel?
Yes, on a project-by-project basis. Depending on the length of the event and what’s involved, we can deliver a short highlight film within 24 hours.
How do you handle audio for keynotes and interviews?
We coordinate with your venue’s AV team for board feeds and use wireless microphones for speakers and interviews.
Is music licensing included?
Yes. All music used in our films is fully licensed for commercial use. You can post your videos to LinkedIn, YouTube, or use them in paid ads without any copyright issues.
