What is the turnaround time for our photos and highlight film?
We deliver your full event gallery and cinematic highlight film together within 3–5 business days depending on the scope of your project.
How long will the final highlight reel be?
Most of our highlight videos are between 1 and 3 minutes long. For a shorter mixer or a 2-hour event, a 60-second "sizzle" is usually the best length for keeping people's attention on LinkedIn or Instagram. For larger, multi-day conferences, a 2 to 3-minute video allows us to include speaker highlights and more of the event's story.
During our initial planning phase, we’ll help you decide the best length for your specific goals so the video is punchy, professional, and easy for your audience to watch all the way through.
Can you provide both horizontal and vertical (Social) video formats?
Yes. We understand that a 3-minute highlight reel for your website serves a different purpose than a 30-second reel for Instagram or LinkedIn. Q: Is it possible to get a Same-Day or Next-Day highlight reel?

How do you handle audio for keynotes and interviews?
We coordinate directly with your venue’s AV team for board feeds and use professional wireless microphones to ensure crystal-clear sound for every speaker.
Is music licensing included?
Yes. All music used in our films is fully licensed for commercial use. You can post your videos to LinkedIn, YouTube, or use them in paid ads without any copyright issues.
