FAQ
How much space is needed for an on-site studio setup?
We generally require a 10’ x 12’ area. Ideally, ceilings should be 10ft or higher to allow for professional lighting modifiers, ensuring the flagship standard of your brand is maintained.
How many people can you photograph per hour without sacrificing quality?
We can photography up to 30 people per hour at conferences during peak times to keep the line moving. This gives us 2 minutes per person, which is enough time to help them pose and let them quickly check their photo on a screen to make sure they like it before they leave.
For sessions where we can take more time, we like to allocate around 5 minutes per individual in order to provide them with a larger variety of images.
What is the turnaround time for corporate teams?
For conferences, attendees get their photos instantly via email. For signature team sessions, we send the final, edited photos to you within 48 hours.
Can we use our office as the background instead of a solid color?
Yes. We can use your office—like a lobby, a glass wall, or a boardroom—as the background. We use special lenses to make the background look soft and blurred, which keeps the focus on the person while showing off your company’s workspace.
Do you offer individual headshot sessions for solo professionals?
No. We specialize in on-site photography for teams and large events throughout the Lower Mainland. Because we bring a full mobile studio to your location, we do not offer individual walk-in studio sessions.
Can we add our event sponsor's logo to the photo gallery?
Yes. We can put your sponsor’s branding and logos directly on the digital gallery the guests' receive. This is a great way to give your sponsors extra visibility and help pay for the cost of the headshot booth.
