Where High-Performance Tech Meets World-Class Athletics: Documenting HPE’s Intimate Executive Gathering


We recently had the pleasure of partnering with Omnicom and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to provide professional event coverage for their exclusive Customer Forum. Held at the Pan Pacific Vancouver hotel, this high-level gathering took place against the vibrant backdrop of the FIFA World Cup matches in the city. The primary goal of the session was to provide a polished, "white glove" environment where senior enterprise leaders could connect directly with HPE executives to explore advanced networking solutions tailored for complex, high-demand global infrastructures.


The custom lounge environment featured striking sports-themed branding graphics, text panels, and plush, collaborative seating arrangements arranged beneath a grand crystal chandelier. With a highly curated guest list of approximately 26 top-tier C-suite and VP-level executives, the room maintained a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere that required an intentional, non-intrusive approach to documenting the event.


Throughout the two-day forum, our team focused on capturing authentic interactions, the authority of the speakers, and the active participation of the attendees. Transitioning smoothly into the networking hours, we prioritized candid imagery that highlights genuine connection, collaborative energy, and the relaxed camaraderie of the receptions.
